This incredible portable personal trainer is designed to support your fitness lifestyle, whether you are a beginner or a dedicated fitness enthusiast. Powered by the Anytime Health platform of products, this app offers an array of features and resources to enhance your workout experience.
As an Anytime Fitness gym member, you will gain access to dozens of goal-based multi-week fitness plans, an extensive library of over 1,100 workouts, and a collection of more than 7,000 exercise images and videos. With these tools, you can easily create and customize your own workout sessions. Additionally, members can utilize the My Stats feature to track their body measurements, print workout PDFs, and receive personalized workouts from qualified trainers.
Anytime Workouts provides day-by-day workout guidance and keeps a record of your exercise history to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are at the gym, at home, or on the road, this app will keep you on track with your fitness routine.
Furthermore, Anytime Workouts supports HealthKit integration. By granting permission, the app will automatically post your completed workouts, estimated calories burned, and duration based on your body weight. You also have the option to share additional information from My Stats, such as Body Fat%. This integration allows for seamless tracking of your fitness progress.
Please note that an active Anytime Fitness membership (at participating locations) or being a trainer at a club is required to access this app.
